Delete your Chessigma account

Send a request to our team to delete your account and associated personal data. You do not need to install the app.

We verify account ownership and complete deletion within 30 days. This removes your sign-in, saved games and analysis, progress, scores, and coach history. Deletion cannot be undone.

Purchase records required for tax, fraud prevention or other legal obligations may be retained for the applicable legal period. Apple and Google retain their own transaction records.

We cancel a subscription bought on our website before we delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage it in your store account to stop future renewals. We can still process your deletion request while you arrange cancellation.

If you cannot sign in, email mehdi@chessigma.com from the address associated with your account. We will help verify ownership.
