Shop Terms of Service

Products in this shop are sold and fulfilled by Fourthwall, Inc. as our merchant of record. When you check out you are taken to Fourthwall’s secure hosted checkout, and your purchase is a transaction between you and Fourthwall.

Fourthwall processes payment, calculates and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and is responsible for producing, shipping, and handling returns and refunds for your order. Fourthwall’s own Merchandise Terms of Service are presented to you at checkout and apply to your purchase.

Items are made to order and printed on demand. Because each piece is produced individually, slight variation in color, print placement, and finish is normal and not a defect. Size guides are shown on each product page. Please check them before ordering, as made-to-order items cannot be returned for sizing.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Fourthwall at checkout. For international orders, import taxes and customs duties are set by your country and are your responsibility. Payment is handled entirely by Fourthwall and its payment processors; we never see or store your card details.

Available payment methods (card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna or Afterpay where supported) depend on your location and are offered at Fourthwall’s checkout.

The shop ships worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and orders are sent to the address you provide. You are responsible for shipping costs and for any import taxes or duties charged by your country. See our Shipping & Returns page for timeframes.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges, including for sizing. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, report it within 30 days of delivery by emailing mehdi@chessigma.com with your order number and clear photos. Approved issues are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.

The Chessigma name, logo, artwork, and product designs are our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them, and you agree not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the shop.

The storefront is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Fourthwall is responsible for fulfilling your order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Chessigma nor Fourthwall is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the shop, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Your purchase is a sale by Fourthwall and is governed by Fourthwall’s Merchandise Terms of Service and the laws stated there (the State of California, USA). These storefront terms are provided by Arche Labs Ltd, trading as Chessigma. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
