Shipping & Returns

How orders ship and what to do if something is wrong. Products are produced and fulfilled by Fourthwall, our merchant of record.
Shipping
Everything in the shop is made to order, so each order goes through a short production step before it ships. Total delivery time is the production time plus transit to your address.
- We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- You'll receive tracking in your shipping-confirmation email once the order is on its way.
- For international orders, any import taxes or customs duties are set by your country and are your responsibility.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can edit your order before it enters production using the link in your order-confirmation email. Once an item is in production it can no longer be cancelled, but if something is wrong we’ll always help where we can. Just reach out.
Returns and quality issues
Because items are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges, including for sizing. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, report it within 30 days of delivery. Email mehdi@chessigma.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the issue, taken on a flat surface so the problem is easy to see.
Once approved, we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you. You won’t need to pay return shipping.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, the time to see it depends on your payment method:
- PayPal: typically within 24 business hours.
- Credit or debit card: typically 7 to 10 business days.
