Shop Privacy Policy

Arche Labs Ltd, trading as Chessigma is the data controller for the shop. Fourthwall, Inc. (a Delaware corporation) is our ecommerce vendor and merchant of record; it processes checkout, payment, and fulfillment data on our behalf and under its own privacy policy.

• Information you provide: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment details are entered directly on Fourthwall’s checkout and handled by its payment processors; we do not receive or store your card number.
• Collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and cookie or similar identifiers.
• From partners: order and delivery information from Fourthwall and its fulfillment and payment partners.

• Fulfilling, delivering, and supporting your orders.
• Preventing fraud and keeping the shop secure.
• Complying with legal and tax obligations.
• Understanding and improving the shop.
• Sending marketing only where you have opted in or where permitted by law (you can opt out at any time).

We share data with Fourthwall and its payment and fulfillment partners to complete your order, with our analytics provider (PostHog) to understand shop usage, and with authorities or successors where the law requires or in a business transfer.

Some analytics or advertising activity may count as “sharing” under certain US state laws such as the CCPA. We do not sell your personal data.

The shop uses PostHog for privacy-conscious product analytics, and Fourthwall sets cookies needed for checkout and fraud prevention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some parts of the shop may not work as intended.

Depending on where you live, including the EEA and UK (GDPR), California, and other US states, you can request to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email mehdi@chessigma.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfill your orders, meet legal and tax obligations, and support the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it.
